Ye lol, well for my protection I must say I have never seen such laggers b4 in my whole GTA IV/EFLC game play.
Must learn how to camp sometimes 8-)

They don't, at least the KOR guy, he has 30 mbps of download and 3 mbps of download, not to mention his pings are higher than mine.
